Pleasure Trips remain cheerful and true to Berlin. Their alternative pop combines catchy tunes and introspective lyrics without being corny or melodramatic. Charming and upbeat, they’re not afraid to walk on the sunny side of pop music – but never go full kitsch!

Since 2016 Pleasure Trips have played together in various formations creating a versatile mix of indie music, postpunk, rock’n’roll, soul and Caribbean rhythms – plus a few other tricks tossed in for good measure. In January 2019 Pleasure Trips released their depute EP Do You Want Me and in June 2020 their first full-length album Lovers and Doubters followed. In September 2022 the single Friendly Fire in Berlin is the first of a series of releases that lead up to their second album.
